Saige first developed a passion for dance at age 4 when she began taking ballet
classes at the YMCA. She continued taking classes at her local ballet studio as well as dancing at her church. At age 9 she had the opportunity to take classes at Ballet Met, and then had to stop dancing for a few years when her family went into full-time ministry. Later Saige danced at Eatonville Dance Center and continued dancing at her church. During her senior year of high school she studied dance through Paradosi’s Surrendered School of the Arts and loved the environment. Last year, Saige completed a Discipleship Training School (DTS) with Youth With a Mission and had the opportunity to travel to South Asia. It was during this time that she realized her calling was to dance. Upon returning from her DTS, Saige planned on attending a dance school with YWAM, but the school was cancelled. Thankfully, God had other plans for her and less than two weeks later she was offered an internship with Paradosi. Saige is very excited to serve Paradosi this year as an intern while furthering her dance training and honing the gifts God has given her.

Naomi began her dance training at the age of 13 in her hometown of Klamath Falls, Oregon. She knew from the very beginning that the art of dance was something that she wanted to use for God's glory. Over a 10 year period of training at Carla's... The Dancer's Studio and attending Ballet Magnificat's Summer Dance Intensive Naomi learned to whole-heatedly pursue worship through excellence in dance.
In December of 2014, God confirmed the call that He had placed on her life to become a missionary dancer when she was blessed with the opportunity to use dance to minister in Thailand. In March of 2015 Naomi found Paradosi Ballet Company online, and over the next three weeks watched in amazement as God opened doors for her to pursue her dream of dancing in ministry.
Naomi is excited to grow in her teaching abilities by serving as an apprentice teacher at SSA and is looking forward to the lessons God has planned for her during her time in Paradosi's Trainee Program.
Cassie started dancing at “Just for kicks” at the age of three and was a part of “Dance Ally” for nine years. She also trained for a short season at Tacoma City Ballet. Cassie always loved to dance but after she married the love of her life:Noah Roddy in 2013, she felt that she would never be able to dance consistently again. After three years of off and on ballet training, Cassie took a leap of faith and auditioned for Paradosi’s Trainee program and was welcomed in whole-heatedly. Cassie feels that the Lord extended His grace in allowing her to become a part of Paradosi’s Trainee Program and to fulfill her heart's desire to continue to dance. (Matthew 7:11)
Cassie is thankful that this door for her to continue dancing has been reopened to her and hopes that this coming year she will bring glory to God through ballet and make the love of Jesus known to those who do not know Him.

Hannah started dancing at nine years old and has been in love with the beautiful art ever since. Not only is it a way to work through the some of the hardness of life, but a way to worship Jesus Christ and shine the love he has for his people on the world. Hannah loves being free to dance, and free to live for Jesus. She feels that Paradosi is an amazing opportunity to grow not only in dance, but in a personal relationship with Jesus Christ. It's a way to reach out to the community with love and an amazing message.
Maggie has been dancing since she was five years old, when she thought dancing was a normal part of life and that everyone participated. She did not realize how much she truly loved to dance until she moved and had to stop for two years. Returning to dance in 2011, Maggie decided this was something she wanted to pursue, not because it was normal, but because she was passionate about it. She had a dream to become a professional ballerina one day and dance forever. In 2014, however, Maggie felt like the Lord was asking her to give up her dream to dance professionally. Angry and confused, Maggie struggled for a year with surrendering her dearest desire before finally giving it to God, and He did not leave her empty handed. God asked Maggie to use her gift to glorify and worship Him alone. In the years since, Maggie has been gradually learning to worship and minister through this beautiful art form, where her joy and passion for Jesus and dance have grown immensely. Maggie is very excited to further her worship of the Lord and share the gift of dance through training with Paradosi!
Kirsten feels that dance is a beautiful expression of the inner heart. She knows of no better way to express His goodness than by dancing! She feels tremendously blessed to be able to use the gift of dance that God has given her to be able to worship Him fully with every fiber of her being. Kirsten thinks that Paradosi has a beautiful heart for the kingdom and she's honored to be a part of this ministry. She loves being surrounded by like-minded believers with one goal: to dance excellently for Jesus because He is so worthy. Kirsten is excited to see how God will continue to transform her life by being a part of this ministry as well as how He uses her for His glory!
For while bodily training is of some value, godliness is of value in every way, as it holds promise for the present life and also for the life to come.
